Malta's Home for Hobbiests

Malta Aquarist began as a small gathering of passionate local aquascapers and fish keepers. We wanted a clean, dedicated space to share knowledge, showcase vibrant freshwater and marine tanks, and connect hobbyists across the Maltese islands.

From nano planted tanks to elaborate reef setups, our community celebrates every level of expertise. We offer local news, hands-on aquascaping advice, and product recommendations tailored to keeping healthy aquatic ecosystems in Malta.

Whether you are setting up your very first tank or cultivating rare aquatic plants, Malta Aquarist provides the local network, event news, and expert guidance you need to bring vibrant underwater landscapes into your home.

We aim to elevate aquascaping culture across the Maltese archipelago. Through regular workshops, showcase galleries, and local supplier news, we empower hobbyists to build beautiful, sustainable aquatic environments with confidence.
